The Rock County Attorney’s Office provides timely and diligent prosecution of crimes. In doing so, the Rock County Attorney’s Office pursues justice, advocates for victim’s rights, holds criminals accountable, and ensures the open and fair administration of justice. In addition, the Rock County Attorney’s Office provides insightful representation in protecting Rock County’s most vulnerable citizens as well as providing quality legal guidance to the Rock County Board of Commissioners, and all Rock County divisions on a wide array of important civil matters impacting the lives of Rock County citizens.
