We currently serve as the Rock County Attorney’s Office. The duties of this office include prosecuting crimes that occur in Rock County and the municipalities contained within it, so we are unable to provide legal defense in this county.


Typically, yes. However, for more complex matters there may be a nominal fee due at the time of your initial consultation.


We accept Cash, Check, or Money Order. Unfortunately we do not take credit cards at this time.


It depends. As the Rock County Attorney’s Office, we are responsible for the enforcement of Child Support Obligations and orders affecting those minor children residing in Rock County. If you or your child have a current Child Support case open through Rock County, or may potentially have a current Child Support case open through Rock County in the future, we are unfortunately unable to assist you.

However, if the obligation is through another county, and we do not serve as conflict counsel on that specific matter, we still may be able to assist you in your dispute.

Additionally, if you or your child are currently subject to a CHIPS (that is, a Child Protection matter), we may not be able to help you. Please call to confirm.


It depends on whether or not you have children as part of the marriage, and whether those children are currently subject to an Order for Child Support through Rock County.

If you do not have children, and we have no other conflicts, we would be happy to meet with you to discuss your situation..

If you do have children, neither you nor your spouse reside in Rock County, and we have no other conflicts, we would be happy to meet with you to discuss your situation.
