About:

Donald R. Klosterbuer grew up in Rock County Minnesota and has been practicing law in Luverne, Minnesota, since 1976. He served as the Rock County Attorney for over 30 years and has been involved in numerous community organizations over the years.

Mr. Klosterbuer is married and has two daughters. He is a lifelong Minnesota Gophers fan and an avid golfer.

About:

Jeffrey L. Haubrich was born and raised in Pipestone, MN. He joined the law firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2005. He was elected Rock County Attorney in 2018 and reelected in 2022.

Mr. Haubrich is heavily involved in the local sports community, where he serves as a volunteer baseball, football, and hockey coach. He has worked as a high school athletic official in Minnesota, Iowa, and South Dakota for over 20 years.

He is married and has four children/step-children and one grandson.

About:

David A. Owens joined Klosterbuer & Haubrich in 2020. Previously, he practiced with the Traynor Law Firm in Devils Lake, ND, where he handled Insurance Subrogation and Defense, Municipal Prosecutorial Duties, Family Law, Adoptions, Adult Guardianships and Conservatorships, Personal Injury, Collections, Evictions, and other cases. Mr. Owens is married and is a lifelong musician.
